Factores que inciden en la motivación y retención de trabajadores del conocimiento

El objetivo es identificar los niveles de satisfacción en los factores que influyen en la motivación y retención en los trabajadores del conocimiento (TC). Es una investigación de tipo cuantitativo con enfoque mixto, correlacional-transeccional y no experimental. La población fueron TC del sector industrial-tecnológico de la la ciudad de San Luís Potosí, México. Se encontró que los aspectos en los cuáles los TC alcanzan niveles de satisfacción en sus empleos son los relativos al trabajo desafiante, la autonomía en el desempeño de sus tareas, así como la innovación y el clima organizacional, también que es necesario atender el balance vida-trabajo. Se contribuye a comprender los factores motivacionales de los TC que influyen en su retención en el contexto mexicano.
