Pedagogía de la efectuación: una tarea pendiente en la enseñanza de emprendimiento

El artículo revisa la literatura sobre enseñanza de emprendimiento en educación superior, con énfasis en las deficiencias. Se explora la pertinencia de la Teoría de la Efectuación como alternativa para complementar la formación de futuros emprendedores. La revisión tuvo un enfoque de Triangulación Ecológica, el cual propone que el comportamiento, las personas y el contexto ambiental son mutuamente interdependientes mientras configuran el entendimiento del sujeto de estudio. Se realizó una búsqueda de estudios de caso en Web of Science. La mayoría de esta literatura tiene una inclinación normativa; es decir, contiene propuestas del deber ser. Al contrario, existe poca evidencia sobre el impacto de la enseñanza de emprendimiento en los estudiantes. Los pocos estudios de impacto se han concentrado en países desarrollados, a pesar de que la mayoría de los estudios ha surgido en economías emergentes durante los últimos 5 años. Por último, se justifica la necesidad de una pedagogía basada en la Teoría de la Efectuación como alternativa a los desafíos prevalentes reportados.Downloads
