Rehabilitación oral estética en dientes con atrición y restablecimiento de dimensión vertical: Reporte de caso.

La Rehabilitación estética y funcional es considerada el objetivo máximo que busca todo tratamiento odontológico, en base a un buen diagnóstico y un plan de tratamiento integral considerando las necesidades del paciente, con un abordaje multidisciplinario establecido un diálogo constante entre el profesional, el paciente y el técnico dental. Se expone así, el caso de una paciente con edentulismo parcial, alteraciones funcionales, estéticas y pérdida de la dimensión vertical; donde se realiza rehabilitación mediante prótesis fija en maxilar superior y prótesis parcial removible inferior, conjugados con procedimientos periodontales que permitieron lograr estética y funcionalidad, otorgando satisfacción y seguridad al paciente. El diagnóstico adecuado, junto con un plan de tratamiento integral y procedimientos elaborados por especialistas permitió el éxito alcanzado en el presente caso.
