Abstract

The present work addressed theoretical contributions on disruptive behaviors since it is increasingly common to find children who demonstrate problems to integrate into educational centers. For this reason, it was projected as a research objective to design a training program to improve teacher performance in the face of disruptive behaviors of children in Initial Education at the Machalilla Culture Educational Unit. This research was mixed approach, non-experimentaldesign and cross-sectional. To carry out the study, a bibliographical and explanatory level fieldresearch was carried out where the collection of information was carried out through a survey of teachers and an observation guide for children, choosing a sample of 72 research participants. Based on the results obtained, it was evidenced that a high percentage of students maintained disruptive behaviors in the educational establishment. Through the investigation it was possible to know useful data for the selection of behavioral techniques and stra tegies were designed to reduce disruptive behaviors, for students to function in a pleasant environment.
